Aqui está mais um Projecto económico para se começar a imprimir em 3D/maquinar/cortar por CNC.
Para além disso usa Sucata de Computador, Componentes acessíveis e peças estruturais, elas mesmas, impressas em 3D!
Extremely Low Cost 3D Printable 3D Printer / Plotter / CNC Machinewootin24In this Instructable I will talk about how to build a basic three axis CNC machine. the machine itself relies on easy to find parts and the mechanical parts are all 3D printed. all of the 3D printed parts are designed by me and the files are provided, though they may need to be slightly modified depending on your specific parts. I don't intend this as a "Build this it is the best machine ever" type of Instructable. I am simply trying to dictate what is truly possible using free easy to use sdesign software and a little time. I am a 17 year old with no training on CAD at all and this shows how advanced 3d design has become, and how accessible it is to anybody. This is truly an educational Instructable, but the machine also does work.
Tudo explicado num Vídeo, com a habitual qualidade do nosso amigo King Of Random...

How To Make The Mini Metal FoundryThe King of RandomIn this project you’ll see how to use equal parts of sand and plaster, to make a simple backyard foundry, that’s powerful enough to melt scrap metal in seconds, but still pleasant enough keep around for decoration.
Este simpático Barquito é do mais fácil de construír que há, embora muito bem-desenhado, e fará as delícias de qualquer Marinheiro de Fim-de-semana, porque a vida não é só constrír Engenhocas...
É também disfrutá-las!

How to Build a Wood SailboatcaptainskullyI've been wanting to combine my two favorite hobbies - woodworking and sailing for a long time, so I thought I'd build a boat. It's got classic lines and looks so dazzling in the sunshine that people constantly stop me at the boat ramp to ask me about it. There's something unbelievably rewarding about building something like this from scratch. This is definitely a boat that is much better built than bought. Here's how I did it.The boat takes about 100 hours to build. I did it over 3 months, working a little bit just about every day and full days when my schedule permitted. It will take about $1,000 in total to build if you buy everything at full retail cost (not including tools you might need to buy), but you can spread that across the length of the project. For example, you only need to buy one $30 sheet of plywood at a time, take it home, draw out the parts (loft) that fit on just that sheet and cut them out. That will take a couple of hours right there. Some boating supply stores (chandleries) might let you setup an account which might give you a discount if you tell them you're building a boat.
