Plástico acessível? E peças de encaixar, reciclar Esferovite, as melhores impressoras, e XnView

A note: I'll add some words in English, only IF the title is not self-explanatory, and I think of anything else I found that can be said about these Posts.

Bravo.

A great way to save money, and re-use your spent filament.
But...
Will this also allow for different Ingredient Material mixes?
Looks that way!

Pellet Extruder for 3D PRINTER HOTEND
Ray Makes

For 3D printing, the holy grail has been to print directly with AFFORDABLE pellets instead of the expensive rolls of filament. I found this pellet extruder On YOUTUBE of all places. Mahor Muñiz Cadenas (link to his channel below) had spent much time effort and investment developing his pellet extruder and my curiosity got the better of me (but in the good way). From what i have seen of this pellet extruder, it holds alot of promise, so my hopes are very high. build quality Appears great, but the kit had missing hardware and a few design issues that Mahor is still Working out. i purchased the pellet extruder (this is more than just a hotend) a few months ago but wasn't in a hurry to assemble it since i already knew i didn't have a test machine to try it on. now that i have the Folger Tech FT5, i will be experimenting with it VERY SOON. the plan is to learn form this and then use that information to build a MUCH larger scale 3d printer... one that would be too expensive to purchase, but affordable to build.

How to connect two parts with 3D printed joints and snap fits
Amandine Richardot

How can you efficiently connect two 3D printed parts? You could glue some components to connect them, but there are other ways to do it, more convenient. Indeed, you can integrate some specific design features directly in your 3D models. These interlocking features will help you drastically reduce assembly time, and designing snap-fits or other kinds of 3D printed joints is not so hard! To learn how to create the best 3D printed joints and snap fits for your parts, follow the tips of our 3D designers from Sculpteo Studio, our 3D design studio specialized in additive manufacturing!

What are 3D printed joints and snap fits?
3D printed joints are all the design features you can insert in your 3D model to connect parts together without using external components (not even glue).

One of the most common kinds of joints for 3D printing is snap fits. These special connections work as follows: a design feature similar to a hook is inserted in another part, where there’s a special hole or space made for it. This is made possible thanks to the fact that this hook is quite flexible and moves while being inserted, and then gets back to its normal position when in the right spot, which blocks it.

Sejamos sinceros;

Limonene is nice...
Both to turn that bulky Styrofoam Junk into a lots less bulky goo, but also, because that goo can serve as Molding material, and 3D prints used as Molds.
Saves time and headaches.

Recycling Styrofoam (EPS) Into Useable Castable Styrene Plastic at Home
killbox

Scope of the project and feature creep:
Recycle small old Expanded Polystyrene foam insulation coolers I get monthly with a medication. Our city has no program that accepts EPS, and so I looked into some experiments with it, and in the process come up with a 'Easy' technique to Recycle EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Foam) not only reducing its size, but also making it into something usable/useful (im calling it “Maker Goop” for now). In a relatively safe and health conscious way.
‘Maker Goop’ Can be handy for making small plastic parts, castings, or just to make the EPS a flowable product for makers, or for Recyclers which could have the solvents extracted and reused commercially, or burned (as is done in the EU for power. It does emit co2 and water vapor and not much else.)
Below are some notes on my experiments on found on Degasifying the EPS (EPS is 90-99% empty space, and 1%-10% Polystyrene. First steps were to isolate a way to turn it from foam into a liquid to both save space, and make it useable. This is also the first step in commercial recycling too. But at this point i'm experimenting on the small scale for home/hobby reuse.
